What to do if you've previously logged in successfully but are now having problems
You (or your group administrator) may have entered your email address and/or password incorrectly. Please go to the Forgot password page. If you don't receive the forgot password email, please check your junk mail folder and make sure you have added website@rootsontheweb.com to your whitelist. When setting up your password, please type it into a text editor such as Word or Notepad so that you can see that it is correct. Then copy and paste it into the password field.
Alternatively, you may need to delete your browsing history and/or clear your cache. Please follow these instructions.
If you are still unable to log in please let us know via the Contact us form so we can check that your email address has been entered correctly. If you are a member of a group, you could also ask your group administrator to do this.
If you think that the problems you are experiencing are not related to an incorrect email address and/or password, please don't phone but give as much information as you can via the Contact us form about what happens/doesn’t happen, as that will enable us to investigate and then get back to you.
