My Lord and my God
Thomas feels left out when the other disciples have seen the risen Jesus. Jesus appears again and Thomas recognises him as ‘My Lord and my God’.
This week’s reading, John 20.19-31, provides us with an opportunity to:
- celebrate the resurrection of Jesus (AAA; CYP)
- explore the resurrection of Jesus through the story of Thomas’ encounter (AAA; CYP)
- reflect on the relationship between belief and faith (AAA; CYP).
