We'll be launching a new website very soon
We've been working on our new website for a long time now. While we could call it a 'labour of love', a labour of grit, many furrowed brows and much prayer would probably be more accurate!
Transferring nearly 50,000 items to a new platform has been a challenging process. But we're excited to say that you'll soon be able to see some of the fruits of our labour, with further developments to follow later in 2026 and into 2027.

Launch phase 1: September 2026
You'll soon start to notice changes on the site, including:
- a fresh new look on a new, mobile-friendly platform
- access to a wealth of Biblical videos from Right Now Media, the world's largest Christian video company, all as part of your subscription
- a richer experience for subscription administrators – as we've made it much easier for you to view and manage your whole group online
- use of the Stripe payment platform for new orders and renewals. This secure, highly efficient payment platform is used by thousands of leading companies across the world.

Later phases: October-December 2026
|
Later in 2026 we'll be rolling out further enhancements to weekly session plans and additional ways to search and browse our archive. Of course, we'll also be helping you get the very best from our new website.

What you need to do
- The first time you log in to the new website, you'll be asked to provide a new, secure password.
- To make the transitional phase as smooth as possible, we'll be sending more emails than usual (we anticipate one per week rather than one per month). Please do keep an eye out for email updates from the Roots team.
- Make sure you sign up for our Subscriber enewsletter (you can always unsubscribe at any time). You'll then get important updates straight to your inbox. You can opt in here
We've done lots of testing and have worked closely with our developers to make sure that the switch goes as smoothly as possible. But with any large technical changeover, there may be surprises along the way. Thank you in advance for your grace and patience during the rollout.
