The ROOTS ethos

ROOTS' vision is an environment of worship and learning in church communities in which people are challenged, inspired and nourished.

ROOTS' mission is to equip and resource churches to enrich people's encounter with God in Christ and their response through worshipping and learning together in the midst of a changing world.

ROOTS recognises the changing circumstances in which churches serve their communities today, with leadership by rota, irregular church attendance, a variety of types of worship and size of congregation or group.
